All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging, so you can bask in the eco-friendly glory.
The packaging varies depending on what delightful products you’ve ordered. Here’s a peek at what you might receive:
Paper Mailing Bags
Most orders, if they aren’t too ambitious in size, will arrive in small, medium, or large paper mailers. These are bespoke, tailored specifically for PFO orders. Clothing items, like t-shirts and hoodies, are folded neatly into these bags. To save the planet and our sanity, we do not pack items into individual bags before shipping.
Our paper mailers are crafted from responsibly sourced materials, ticking the FSC certification box. They are compostable, degradable, and recyclable. Despite their papery nature, they are weather-proof and will protect your precious cargo during transit.
Boxes
For orders too hefty for our largest paper mailers, we resort to cardboard boxes. Clothing items are folded neatly into these, and any delicate items (such as mugs) that accompany the clothing are first packed in their own packaging before being placed in the box.
Mug Boxes
Each mug is shipped in its own mug box. We offer several varieties, including bespoke boxes designed and manufactured exclusively for PFO customers.
Mugs are shipped in our custom single, 2x, 4x, or 6x boxes, designed to withstand the perils of transit.
Other mugs, including enamel and travel mugs, travel in thinner cardboard boxes. These boxes aren’t weather-resistant, so they’re swaddled securely in our bespoke paper mailing bags.
Poster Tubes
Once again, bespoke for PFO customers. These are triangular tubes made of weather-proof reinforced cardboard. This shape makes them easier to transport and label – quite practical, really!
All posters ship in these tubes, except for the A4 bamboo prints, which prefer the comfort of reinforced envelopes.
